If you purchase from JEANSDAand are unhappy with it for any reason within 14 calendar days, you mayexchange or return your item for a refund.

l Contact JEANSDA customer service(service@jeansda.com). We will contact you within 3 business days.
ITEMSINELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Thereare some items, however, that are ineligible for exchange & return,including:
l Customized items (include printing, painting, stitching, hemming…etc)
l Made-to-order items
l Items that been altered
l Items that has been soaked or washed
l The leather part of the items has been worn or damaged
l Items that been worn or in non-salable condition.
l The ancillary of the item (dust cover, hanger, clean set…etc) hasbeen lost
l Items that purchased from JEANSDA local stores
l The item has been received pass 14 calendar days
EXCHANGE& RETURNS SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping is FREE on exchange and returns shipped from within Taiwan.If shipping addresses other than Taiwan, we will ship exchanges to customers atour expense. Customers outside Taiwan are responsible for all shipping charges,duties, tariffs and taxes for returning items to JEANSDA. When shipping, pleaseinsure your package for its full value. JEANSDA is not responsible for lost,stolen or misplaced packages/items. We cannot refund shipping charges.
REFUND
Refunds are issued in the original form ofpayment. Please note that a refund issued to your credit or debit card may takeup to two weeks to be acknowledged by your financial institution.
WHATIF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEM?
Contact JEANSDA customer service(service@jeansda.com). Have the order number for the Customer Service Representative, andwe will make every effort to replace your item promptly.
